The employee Sachse deserves 10 stars. His wonderfully cheerful attitude made my crying face laugh. Still completely in shock and dissolving that I had caused an accident and totaled the car, he came calling like an angel by chance. With millimeter work he maneuvered my broken car out between two traffic lights. I always made sure that I was okay. In such situations, people like Sachse are sent from heaven, who make you smile with their sensitive but humorous nature. I would like to thank him and wish him only the best.

I always say that if you want to receive good services, you also have to be patient. But when the breakdown assistance came I was happy and the driver “the Saxon” took me to my desired destination very well, thank you very much!

The turbo crashed in the Avus parking lot overnight. The tow truck arrived within 30 minutes. Very nice and helpful driver. I sincerely recommend.
